We are a high end Recruiting Firm.  We provide Professional services to companies and candidates in the AdTech, Digital Media and Data and Analytics space. We offer 3 Types of Services: 

  1. Priority Search- Looking for Senior Level Executives with specific skill sets, this is the right choice for you.

  2. Contingent Search- Need additional candidate flow, leverage our constant contact with individuals actively looking for new opportunities in the space. 

  3. Annual Contract- Have an internal recruiting team that needs assistance for a specific period of time, or not ready to hire an internal team but have a large number of roles to fill, sign up for our annual contract arrangement.

Retained:

The perfect solution for executive level searches and hard to find candidates with very specific skillsets.

 

  • Advantage

    • Time to Market: Most top tier placements don’t have hundreds of candidates that fit the mold. Luminance knows the industry, and the people with the right background to fill your role faster.

    • Marketing: Executive recruiting is one-to-one marketing at its best. Luminance understands your industry which makes it easier to speak intelligently about your business and articulate its unique advantages to candidates.

    • Discretion: When you’re hiring an executive or searching for a very specific skill set, you don’t want the entire industry to know. This is not a RON campaign (aka spray and prey) it’s about hyper targeting with surgical precision, knowing the industry and the 5 candidates that fit the role and the 1-2 that are available.

 

  • Terms:

    • Luminance is the exclusive recruiting firm working on the placement

    • 1-year guarantee, if the candidate leaves or gets fired for cause in the first year, Luminance will replace the candidate at no additional fee.

    • Fee: 25% of candidate annual base compensation

    • Payment terms: 30% on signature, 30% after 4 months, 40% on start date.

    • No refunds only replacements (replacements will be worked on for a maximum of 1 year

The Priority recruitment offering is perfect for all standard positions in media, advertising and technology. While there are a lot of candidates to fill these positions, finding the right one, with strong experience and a great cultural fit, is where the Luminance Group thrives.

    • Filter: Standard positions are hard to fill in a mature and highly competitive market, Luminance cuts through the noise and ensures all candidates are pre-qualified, meets your specifications and are a great cultural fit.

    • Marketing: Recruiting is one-to-one marketing at its best. The Luminance Group understands your industry which makes it easier to speak intelligently about your business and articulate its unique advantages to candidates while increasing your speed to close.

    • Starting Point: Candidates of all levels that really know the Media, Advertising and Marketing Technology industry, know The Luminance Group is where you start your search. Many candidates that have worked with The Luminance Group in the past, come back when they’re ready to make their next move.

 

  • Terms:

    • 3-month guarantee: if the candidate leaves or gets fired for cause in the first 3 months, Luminance will replace the candidate at no additional fee.

    • Fee: 20% of candidate annual base compensation

    • Payment terms: $5000 up front fee paid when search starts (discount upfront fee for 3 or more searches at one time).  Remainder paid on the start date of a successful hire.

    • No refunds only replacements (replacements will be worked on for a maximum of 3 months)

 

Contract:

When your business has a large amount of searches to fill at one time but is not ready for a full-time recruiter and would like to cap their recruiting expenses but at the same time have an expert lead their searches, the contract model is the perfect answer.

 

  • Advantage

    • Part of the team: Treat your contract recruiter as part of the team, they will be your main point of contact with HR and hiring managers, and source top tier candidates for a fixed monthly fee.

    • Fixed Cost: the contract model works on a fixed monthly fee, there are no other costs, no matter how many people you hire.

    • Wide Net: The best part of the contract model is you have the power of the Luminance network and over a decade of recruiting experience in the Media, Advertising and Marketing Technology sector driving your recruiting strategy.

 

  •  Terms:

    • Term: 12-month minimum retained recruiting relationship

    • Support 5 active searches at one time

    • Fee: $10,000 per month

    • Payment terms: paid on the effective date of the contract, and on the 1st of the month thereafter.

    • No refunds
